Derek Whittaker (Antigonus / Camidius) is glad to be performing again with NSF, having been seen in recent productions of A Midsummer Night’s Dream, As You Like It, Twelfth Night, and Othello. Favorite roles include Tevye in Fiddler on the Roof at Chaffin’s Barn and Ralphie in A Christmas Story for Nashville Rep (and he’ll be back in the bunny suit for a third straight year in this season’s returning holiday hit.) Derek holds an M.F.A. in Acting from UT Knoxville and a B.S. in Theatre from MTSU, where he is currently an Adjunct Theatre Professor. He would like to thank Nashville theatregoers, his entire NSF family and, most importantly, his beautiful mother, Joyce, for her unending love and support.
